Jillian Wagner

Jillian started her professional career as a bank examiner with the Department of Treasury, where she traveled the country administering safety and soundness examinations of nationally chartered financial institutions. She transitioned to the private sector in 2017 by joining the commercial banking group at Wellesley Bank, where she developed a specialty in financing the deployment and operation of solar PV projects. Since 2018, she has financed over 800 MW of C&I, community, and utility-scale clean energy projects for top-tier sponsors throughout the northeast, including the largest behind-the-meter rooftop PV project in New Jersey and a 589 MW portfolio of operating hydroelectric facilities. She recently joined the commercial lending team at North Easton Savings Bank, where she continues to hone her expertise in climate-focused project finance while leading the growth and strategy of this specialty vertical at the bank.

Jillian earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from UMass Amherst in 2012. She is currently pursuing an MBA in finance from the Isenberg School of Management and is an active member of Phi Kappa Phi. Jillian lives north of Boston with her husband and their two cats. In her spare time, she enjoys running, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
