Robert Durning

Rob has worked in the energy efficiency and building performance industry since graduating from Northeastern University’s Energy Systems program in 2012. He joined GreenerU in 2011 as a co-op and has spent his entire career there, with responsibilities ranging from project development and construction management to his current role leading the strategic direction of the company. Rob has a particular passion for building productive, long-lasting partnerships with customers in helping them solve their most pressing energy, infrastructure, and deferred maintenance challenges. He has successfully developed and implemented a full range of carbon-reduction and energy efficiency projects including lighting and lighting controls, building enclosure upgrades, electrification of heating systems, chiller upgrades, heat recovery and HVAC system renewal. GreenerU is a mission-driven company helping customers plan for, engineer and construction building retrofits for a carbon-free future.
